Shipping Policy

Made to Order

All shop items are made to order. Lead time is usually two to three weeks from the date of order to dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with tracking details.

UK Shipping

Free shipping on all UK orders. Once dispatched, delivery is typically within two to three working days via a tracked courier service.

International Orders

We do ship internationally, but please get in touch before placing your order so we can confirm shipping costs and timings for your location. International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply on arrival.

Bespoke Commissions

Lead times and delivery for bespoke furniture commissions are discussed and agreed individually. Larger pieces are quoted for delivery separately.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within seven days at [email protected] and we will resolve it.
