Bespoke Kitchen

1 / 2

A kitchen in painted hardwood cabinetry, pippy oak and brass. The rich red ochre of the Edward Bulmer painted doors sits well against the oak frames, and the kitchen reads as one piece rather than two materials in competition.

Storage is integrated throughout, including a custom spice rack above the hob sized for the client's jars. Joinery uses traditional methods: mortice and tenon frames, solid wood drawer boxes and brass handles.

Made at the Lapwing workshop in Oxfordshire, including the external door; get in touch to discuss a commission.
